NYCO’s TURBONYCOIL 3560 oil series:

TURBONYCOIL 3516 is a mineral turbine oil blended from mineral naphthenic base stocks and anti-oxidant additives, with a viscosity of 3 cSt at 100°C. It retains a low viscosity at very low temperature, down to -60°C.
Features and Benefits
TURBONYCOIL 3516 is used by major MROs as engine preservation oil at the end of maintenance tasks or during aircraft storage. It retains low viscosity at very low temperature (down to -60°C), and is therefore an efficient oil for the cold parts of A/C engines and airframes. It can also be used as a multi-purpose lubricant for many aircraft parts.

TURBONYCOIL 160 is a 3 cSt oil at 100°C made of neopolyol esters containing additives to improve its anti-oxidant, anticorrosion and extreme-pressure properties. It is designed to withstand the high temperatures experienced by the engines of military jet aircraft and to retain fluidity at very low temperature (operation down to -54°C).
Features and Benefits
TURBONYCOIL 160 is a low temperature oil, perfect for operation in cold weather or inflight APU restart. It is also a reference for Trimmable Horizontal Stabilizer (THS).

HYDRAUNYCOIL FH 51 is a petroleum-based hydraulic fluid with a viscosity of 14 cSt at 40°C. It contains anti-corrosion and anti-wear additives. HYDRAUNYCOIL FH 51 has an extremely wide operating temperature range (from -54°C to +135°C in air-tight circuits and -54°C to +90°C in open circuits) and a viscosity index exceeding 300. It is micro-filtered and supplied with a controlled level of contaminant.

HYDRAUNYCOIL FH 51 is the original NYCO hydraulic fluid used on all types of aircraft. It is a reliable and economic solution used as shock strut fluid for many commercial aircraft landing gears (Airbus, ATR, Bombardier, Fokker, Embraer, etc.).

HYDRAUNYCOIL FH 5 AW has all the qualities of HYDRAUNYCOIL FH 51 + a specific additive package that improves fluid lubricity, an outstanding friction coefficient and extreme-pressure efficient properties in operation.
As it retains fluidity down to -54°C, it is an efficient shock absorber during landing, even after prolonged high altitude cruise. It is intended for use on landing gears of Boeing and Airbus aircraft.

HYDRAUNYCOIL FH 2 is a synthetic hydraulic fluid based on a blend of PAO and diesters, with a viscosity of 15 cSt at 40°C and a viscosity index of 125.
HYDRAUNYCOIL FH 2 contains anti-corrosion and anti-wear additives. It is supplied with a controlled particulate contamination level. Its operating temperature range is -40°C to +160°C in continuous use.

HYDRAUNYCOIL FH 2 is a substitute to MIL-PRF-5606/H-515 (petroleum based oils). It reduces fire hazard due to its high flash point, fire point and self-ignition temperature, as well as evaporation loss.

Nyco Grease GN HC is an aircraft grease designed to lubricate and seal plug valves and all other components exposed to jet fuel in aircraft systems. It exhibits a strong resistance to wash-out by hydrocarbons as well as solvents. Nyco Grease GN HC is also used as sealing compound for valves conveying hot crude oil or natural gas in the Oil and Gas industry. It is not normally used in bearings because of its extreme tackiness and adherence to metal surfaces.

Nyco Grease GN GA 47 is used as anti-seize compound on many aircraft parts - most of them, threaded parts exposed to high temperature. Examples of application are : engine spark plugs, propeller shafts, splines, threaded fasteners, etc. It can be used at temperatures as high as 500°C (high temperature areas of gas turbines).
Easily corrodable metals such as aluminium, magnesium or zinc coupled with electropositive metals (copper, nickel) may undergo electrolytic corrosion when assembled with Nyco Grease GN GA 47. It is therefore recommended not to use Nyco Grease GN GA 47 in contact with aluminium, magnesium or zinc alloys or plating.
