Aviation oils
MS-8P Oil (OST 38.101163-78) Is the most widely used mineral oil with a set of highly effective additives. It is produced from West-Siberian and Ural crude oil. MS-8P oil is designed for use in airplane and helicopter gas turbine engines, where the temperature at the outlet of the engine does not exceed 150 ºС.
Application
The oil is used in oil-mixtures with MS-20 oil (in proportions 25:75, 50:50 and 75:25) in turboprop engines, as well as a preservative oil for the oil systems of aviation engines. It used in gas turbine units installed on ships and turbine powered pumping stations. The MS-8P oil is designed as a replacement for MK-8 and MK-8P oils, while it significantly surpasses them on a number of exploitation characteristics, specifically viscosity at low temperatures, thermal oxidation stability, service life.
MS-14 Oil (GOST 21743-76) is an aviation oil for selective cleaning. It has a high lubricating stability, it is not aggressive to metals and alloys, it is table to oxidizing under high temperature and during storage.
Application
The MS-14 Oil is used in axis rods in hinges, joints, as well as a component in some other oils and greases.
MS-20 Oil (GOST 21743-76) is an aviation oil for selective cleaning. It is produced from a non-paraffined crude oil, with low sulfur content. The oil has high viscosity, excellent adhesion, good lubricating qualities and flash point at no less than 265ºC.
Application
It is used in piston aircraft engines, in oil-mixtures with oils MS-8P, and MS-8 (in different proportions) in lubricating systems of turboprop engines, in axis hinges of rotor hubs, for lubricating motor-compressors of gas pumping stations, as well as a base component of many lubricating oils and greases.
IPM-10 Oil (TU 38.101299-90) is a synthetic hydrocarbon oil, with a set of highly effective additives. Works at temperatures from -50 to +200ºC.
Application
IPM-10 is used in gas turbine engines with high thermal stress, operated in the civil and military aircraft, where the temperature at the outlet is less than 200ºC, as well as aviation turbo refrigerating units as a universal type of oul. It is used in other aggregates such as gas pumping stations, powered by aviation engines. It can be used as a short term preservative oil.
B-3V Oil (TU 38.101295-85) is a synthetic oil of complex ethers of pentaerythritol and fatty acids, combined with other components. B-3V has excellent lubricating qualities. Drawbacks: evaporation and condensation of the lubricating additive under low working temperature, resulting from oxidation with subsequent dissolution of the sediment in the oil at temperatures from 70-90ºC.
Application
It is used in gas turbine engines, helicopter gearboxes and other equipment where the oil temperature at the outlet of the engine is up to 200ºC.
TSgip oil (TU 38.1011332-90) is a intended for use in hypoid transmissions, and it belongs to the group of universal oils with anti-wear additives with high effectiveness and multiple applications. TSgip provides for normal work of hypoid transmissions, working with hitting loads, with contact stress higher than 3 000MPa and oil temperature under 150ºC
Applications
It is used in military and civilian aviation equipment for lubricating the vertical and horizontal hinges of the rotor hubs, or during the production of oil-mixtures for tail and intermediary gearboxes.

SM-4.5 Oil Blend (TU 0253-007-39247202-96) is a mixture of MS-8P and MS-20 aviation oils in a 75:25 mass proportion.
Application
It is used in airplanes with turboprop engines type AI-20 and AI-24
VNII NP 50-1-4F Oil (GOST 13076-86) is a synthetic oil with additives, increasing the anti-wear qualities and thermal oxidation stability.
Application
It is intended for use in engines where the oil temperature at the outlet does not exceed 175ºC and turbo refrigerating units.
AMG-10 Oil (GOST 6794-75) is produced based on deep dearomatized low viscosity fractions, produced from products of hyrocracking of mixtures of paraffin crude oil, and consisting of oil and isoparaffin hydrocarbons. AMG-10 contains thickening and anti-oxidizing additive, as well as an excellent organic colorant.
Application
AMG-10 is intended for use in the hydraulic systems of aviation and ground equipment, working in environmental temperatures from -60 to +55ºC
MS-8rk oil (TU 38.1011181-88) is a operational and preservative oil based on MS-8P with corrosion inhibiting additive. Considerably exceeds MS-8P in its preservative characteristics.
Application
MS-8rk is used for preservation and lubrication of aviation engines. When used for preservation of the oil systems of aviation engines, it provides a preservation period from 4 to 8 years, depending on the prescriptions of the equipment manufacturer and the storage conditions.
36/1-KUA Oil (TU 38.101384-78) is a synthetic oil based on esters with a complex of additives having high anti-seize properties.
36/1-KUA is used in gas turbine engines with an oil temperature at the engine outlet of 200 °C.
SM-4.5 Oil Blend (TU 0253-007-39247202-96) is a mixture of MS-8P and MS-20 aviation oils in a 75:25 mass proportion.
Application
It is used in airplanes with turboprop engines type AI-20 and AI-24.
132-08 Oil (GOST 18375-73) is used to lubricate various friction assemblies with light load.
The oil is a mixture of liquid polyethylsiloxane PES-4 and mineral oils.
Oil 132-08 supports the reliable operation of structural units, machine parts and mechanisms: reduces friction between connecting elements of friction mechanisms; reduces wear and prevents jamming and scratching of working elements; provides effective protection against corrosion; maintains the cleanliness of the contact surfaces; removes excess heat from the work area during intensive friction processes.
Oil 132-08 is effective in a temperature range from minus 65-70°C to plus 70°C.
Greases
Ciatim-201 (GOST 6267-74) is a low-viscosity grease, thickened with lithium stearate, contains an antioxidant additive. The main operating characteristics are satisfactory mechanical stability, low colloidal stability, moraso- and water resistance. Grease Tsiatim-201 is operable at temperatures from -60 to +90ºC.
Application
It is used in connections and places of friction, operating with a small movement effort at low loads, aviation equipment, radio equipment, electromechanical and other devices and precise mechanisms.
Ciatim-202 (GOST 11110-75) is used to lubricate bearings at temperatures from -50ºC +120ºC.
Ciatim-203 (GOST 8773-73) is a mineral transformer grease thickened with lithium soap, technical grease and sulfated aspidol. Contains a viscosity and anti-caking additive. The main performance characteristics are superior to Ciatim-201 in terms of chemical and colloidal stability, water resistance and anti-wear characteristics.
It is operable at temperatures from -50 to +100ºC
Application
It is used for gear, worm gears of reducers, sliding supports and bearings, various power mechanisms, screw pairs, loaded reducers, mechanisms operated in open areas, friction connections.
Ciatim-205 (GOST 8551-74) is a mixture of high-quality mineral oils thickened with white ceresin. Main operating characteristics – resistant to the action of concentrated inorganic alkaline acids, amines, alcohols, hydrazines. Excellent waterproof and protective properties. It is operable at temperatures from -60 to +50ºC
Application
It is used in threaded and contact joints and gaskets operating in aggressive environments.
Ciatim-221 (GOST 9433-80) is a silicone liquid thickened with complex soap. Contains an antioxidant additive. The main performance characteristics of Ciatim-221 lubricant – insoluble in water, hygroscopic, maintains stability even when boiling. When absorbing moisture, it thickens, has low anti-wear characteristics, chemically resistant, inert to rubber and polymer materials. Operating at a residual pressure of 666.5 Pa in a temperature range of -60ºC to +150ºC
Application
It is used in bearings of electric machines, control systems of devices with a rotation frequency of up to 10 000 min-1, in aggregate bearings of aircraft, friction connections and coupled surfaces "metal-rubber" operating in vacuum.
PFMS-4C (TU 6.02.917-79) is a polymethylphenylsilicon grease loaded with colloidal graphite. Main operating characteristics of Lubricant PFMS-4S has increased anti-seize properties, high thermal stability and low evaporation. It is operable at temperatures from -30 to +300ºC, briefly up to +400ºC.
Application
It is used in aviation friction connections, bearings, screw joints, threads.
OKB-122-7 (GOST 18179-72) is a mixture of silicone liquid and mineral oil, thickened with lithium stearate and ceresin.
The main operating characteristics of OKB-122-7 grease are good conservation and anti-wear properties, resistance, satisfactory colloidal and chemical stability. Multi-purpose, conservation, operable at temperatures from -40 to +100ºC.
Application
It is used in aviation bearings of electric machines, precision bearings and precise mechanisms.
Grease № 9 (TU 38 001116-73) is a low-viscosity mineral grease thickened with barium-lead soap on stearic acid. Main operational characteristics: frost-resistant, satisfactory conservation properties and water resistance, low antioxidant and colloidal stability. Workable at temperatures from -60 to +80ºC
Application
It is used in specific frictional connections.
Litol-24 (GOST 21150-87) is a mineral grease with a viscosity of 60-75mm2/s at 50ºC, thickened with lithium soap 12-hydroxystearic acid, contains an antioxidant and viscosity additive. Main operating characteristics are high colloidal, chemical and mechanical stability, water resistance even in boiling water, does not harden when heated. Operable at temperatures from -40 to +120ºC, briefly preserves operability at a temperature of 130ºC.
Application
It is used in all types of friction bearings, sliding bearings, articulated, toothed and other gears, friction surfaces of wheeled and tracked vehicles, industrial mechanisms, electrical machines, etc.
VNII NP-207 (GOST 19774-74) is a mixture of silicone grease and synthetic hydrocarbon oil, thickened with complex soap, containing an antioxidant additive. Main operating characteristics are water resistance, hygroscopicity, increased thermo-oxidative stability, operable at a residual pressure of 666.5 Pa and temperature from -60 to +200ºC.
Application
It is used in friction bearings of electric machines, starter generators with a rotation frequency of up to 10 000 min-1.
VNII NP-225 (GOST 19782-74) is a silicone grease thickened with low-dispersion molybdenum disulfite, containing a stabilizing additive. The main operating characteristics are the ability to work at temperatures from -60 to +250ºC (for aluminum alloys), from -40 to +300ºC (for low-speed friction assemblies).
Application
It is used in movable and immovable threaded joints, highly loaded low-movement friction assemblies.
VNII NP-232 (GOST 14068-79) is a medium viscosity mineral grease thickened with lithium stearate. The main operating characteristics are the anti-seize properties and workability at temperatures from -50 to +300ºC.
Application
It is used to facilitate the assembly, development and lubrication of sliding bearings, hinges of gear and helical gears, highly loaded slow-moving friction assemblies, threaded joints.
VNII NP-235 (TU 38.101297-78) is an organic grease thickened with an organic thickener. Main operating characteristics are high thermal and low colloidal stability, good anti-seize properties. Operable at residual pressure of 666.5 Pa and temperature from -60 to +250ºC.
Application
Used in friction bearings.
VNII NP-246 (GOST 18852-73) is a silicone grease thickened with pigment. It has high thermal stability, low evaporation, good anti-stick properties and frost resistance at temperatures from -60 to +250ºC.
Application
It is used in friction bearings and low-power gears.
VNII NP-286 (TU 38.101181-77) is an grease, a product of hydrocracking and hydroisomerization, thickened with lithium soap of stearic acid and hydrogenated castor oil acids. Contains an antioxidant and anti-stick additive. It has low colloidal stability, high mechanical stability and water resistance. outperforms all other gyro lubricants in frost resistance. It is operable at temperatures from -60 to +120ºC.
Application
Used in gyro rotor bearings.
NK-50 (TU 38.10111219-95) is an aviation grease based on MS-20 oil, thickened with sodium soap of stearic and oleic acids, containing graphite. Main operating characteristics are low frost resistance and water resistance. Workable at temperatures from -15 to +120ºC
Application
Used in landing gear hub bearings on airplanes and helicopters.
1-13 Grease (TU 38.40158142-95) is a mixture of mineral oils of low and medium viscosity, thickened with the sodium soap of fatty acids of castor oil. Contains not much calcium soap of the same fatty acids. The main operating characteristics of 1-13 grease are low water resistance, upon contact with water it emulsifies and dissolves in it. It is operable at temperatures from -20 to +110ºC.
Application
It is used in a variety of friction bearings, less often in sliding bearings, in electric motor bearings, wheel hubs of older cars and machinery, etc.
